Research status of chemical retion technology:

化学修复技术是指通过化学手段处理被污染水体达到去除水体中污染物的一种方法。如治理湖泊酸化可投加生石灰;抑制藻类大量繁殖可投加杀藻剂;如除磷可投加铁盐等。

Chemical retion technology is a method of removing pollutants from polluted water by chemical means. For example, quicklime can be added to control lake acidification, algaecide can be added to inhibit algae reproduction, and iron salt can be added to remove phosphorus.

例子:Bruning等利用EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)和PDA(嘧啶-2,6-乙酰乙酸)来萃取底泥中的重金属,结果表明,利用0.1M的EDTA,对Zn的最高去除率可达70%,Pb的最高去除率为30%

Examples: Bruning et al. used EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) and PDA (pyrimidine-2,6-acetoacetic acid) to extract heavy metals from sediment. The results showed that the maximum removal rate of zinc and lead was 70% and 30% respectively with 0.1M EDTA.

化学修复技术具有费用高、易造成二次污染等缺点,如使用硫酸铜的化学除藻方法会大量杀死微生物而破坏水体的生物系统。 故高效、廉价、安全的药剂的研制(如絮凝剂的研制)和与生物技术相结合是化学修复技术现在以及将来的发展方向。

Chemical retion technology has the disadvantages of high cost and easy to cause secondary pollution. For example, chemical algae removal with copper sulfate will kill microorganisms and destroy the biological system of water body. Therefore, the development of efficient, cheap and safe agents (such as flocculants) and their combination with biotechnology are the current and future development directions of chemical retion technology.
