每逢周末,湖州市苕溪入湖口的渔人码头,游人纷至沓来,一睹太湖之美。几年前,这里还是一片湖水污浊、蓝藻肆虐之地。现在经过通过解层式太阳能曝气机的治理已经取得了长足进步。

“这是我们在水专项研究中,通过3年多的科研和工程示范取得的一项重大突破。”浙江大学环境与资源学院副院长、博士生导师徐向阳告诉记者,水专项是国家16个科技重大专项之一,旨在解决制约经济社会发展的水污染问题。

"This is a major breakthrough that we have made in the research of special water projects through more than three years of scientific research and engineering demonstration." Xu Xiangyang, Deputy Dean and doctoral supervisor of the School of Environment and Resources of Zhejiang University, told reporters that the water project is one of the 16 major national science and technology projects aimed at solving the water pollution problem which restricts the economic and social development.

2008年起,浙江大学在浙江省环保厅、省科技厅等部门支持下,承担了水专项中太湖流域污染河流综合整治技术集成及工程示范等6个项目课题,攻克了14项污染控制关键技术。依托各地环境综合整治工程和课题成果推广应用,苕溪入湖口断面水质达标率已达100%。治污水、保供水是河网地区实施“五水共治”的重点和难点。针对杭嘉湖地区河网水质不能达到饮用水取水标准、水环境累积性风险大等问题,浙江省环境监测中心先后实施了水专项《河网区水环境风险评估、预警技术研发与综合应用示范》、《太湖流域(浙江片)水环境管理技术集成及综合示范》等课题。

In view of the problems of inadequate drinking water intake standard and high cumulative risk of water environment in Hangzhou-Jiahu area, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center has successively implemented water projects such as "Water Environmental Risk Assessment, Research and Development of Early Warning Technology and Demonstration of Comprehensive Application in River Network Area", "Integrated and Comprehensive Demonstration of Water Environmental Management Technology in Taihu Basin (Zhejiang Plate).

“水专项让我们治污的思路发生转变。”浙江省环境监测中心副主任汪小泉表示,通过课题实施,全省水环境管理将有望实现从目标总量控制向容量总量控制转变,从被动式管理向主动式转变,为治污水、保供水提供全面的技术支持。记者从浙江省环保厅了解到,水专项研发的复合介质生物滤器技术、曝气复氧人工湿地技术、河网区水环境风险评估与预警管理平台等一系列先进技术已在“五水共治”中推广应用。

为使规划落地,浙江省环科院组织力量跑遍了全县1000多个自然村,确保“一村一图”,开发出水处理CAD智能设计软件,提高了治污效率。
